Investigative Protection Service was founded in April of 2007 in a partnership between Clint Ecord and Winning Technologies Inc. Winning Technologies is a technology company that focuses on Electronic Security and Electronic Forensics and together formed Investigative Protection Service. Our goal of providing our customers with a full service investigative/security company that works with private individuals and corporations to raise awareness and education on security issues that all individuals and corporations face.
